Product design
Defining what should exist, who it serves, how it should behave, where the friction belongs and what should happen when reality refuses to follow the happy path.

Product design and market strategy shaped by real customer behaviour, operational constraints and commercial context, not by templates, feature lists or assumptions.
I am interested in the layer before execution: what should exist, why it should exist, how people will understand it, how the business will operate it, and whether the market has a reason to care.
Technology comes later. The objective is not more software. It is a clearer product, a stronger market position and a system that works better after it exists.

See product thinking ↗Positioning, customer behaviour, adoption, pricing context, trust and distribution. A good product still needs a market that understands why it matters.
See market thinking ↗Turning business complexity into rules, workflows and decisions without hard-coding every human exception into software.
See systems thinking ↗A request for a feature often arrives after the business has already translated a messy operational problem into a digital solution. Product design gets stronger when you reverse that translation.
Product design, market development, systems, customer experience and the occasional idea that refuses to fit neatly into a project.
Books will live here when an idea deserves long-form treatment. No artificial publishing schedule, no placeholder catalogue.
Visit the shelf ↗Working full eight-hour days with more than 100 clients in a month as a professional therapist taught me something design work alone could not: customer experience is not a screen.
It is timing, trust, environment, expectation, communication, boundaries, handoffs and what happens after the core service is over. That volume of direct human interaction made patterns visible that are easy to miss from behind a dashboard.
Read the short bio ↗I spend most of my time building, improving and experimenting with products and systems I am closely involved with. I occasionally collaborate on interesting external problems where my way of thinking is useful.
